Housing Options

A well trained staff of professionals who genuinely care for the resident's well being is an integral part of Foyer Maillard's success.  These are the individuals who do the hands on work and are devoted in their tasks in making a positive difference in the lives of the people they serve.  This is evident by the many residents who have called the Foyer Maillard home for more than 10 years.

Granny Suites

A Granny Suite is a small efficient private room for a single individual who plans to spend a lot of time on other activities.  The rooms come in various layouts, sizes and locations within the Foyer's living areas.

The atmosphere is home like, and includes:

• 3 daily Meals and 3 Bistro breaks
• 24 hour security
• Recreational and Social activities
• Weekly flat laundry and housekeeping services
• shuttle transportation
• chapel

Plan of Care:

The Foyer Maillard staff, your senior, and the family work in partnership in developing and implementing an individualized plan of care.  This is a helpful guide that focuses on the needs that must be met in order for the senior resident to attain the highest level of wellness and independence.
